my ead application co-ordinates are exactly same as you. yesterday, got card production email.
Efiled on May 21st for myself and my wife. July 31st there are LUDs on 765 and 485s. but no approvals yet.
Guys pls let me know about the infopass status. Called the Customer service and they wanted me to go ahead apply for Interim EAD at the Local center by taking the Infopass. I believe they just read the instructions on the 765 application. My EAD expires on 17th

Should the ad have to be placed at State work agency ONLY for 60 days or is there any other place it can be substituted for? Since the State workagency website is down and they are not sure when its going to be up and running is there a possibility that I can some other means instead of the SWA? Any responses would be appreciated.

Thanks - i am not changing the company/job after I file I-485 and after i move from CA to TX.
Did Address Change work for anyone after I-485 is filed and state to state move?
my lawyer/para-legal said it is bit risky but possible.
Any feedback and thoughts?

There is a rumor going around that the State Department will issue a revised Visa Bulletin for July 2007 next Monday (July 2) or Tuesday (July 3) and that it may show retrogression of some or all EB categories, very likely to the point of unavailable for the month of July! Please stay tuned.

Most of the law firms are aware of the possibility of numbers being unavailabe in mid-july and they have started to speed up the work. For e.g me and my spouse are being represented separately by Fragomen but at two different locations. The one at Santa Clara has confirmed that they will send the AOS appls TODAY, June 29th 2007. No news from the other location in San Francisco but I know they are working with a high priority on AOS applications.

It seems some people already coverted\or in the process of coverting from Eb3 to Eb2. Even I did that recently.

This process was already done by many in later part of 2005, entire 2006 and in early part of 2007. We do not know how many got out from the 485 Que in 2007. Many of those might have filed 485 recently in the july fiasco. The impact of these conversion will be felt only after 5 to 6 months or even after an year.

Definitely agree with herd mentality and haste, but can't blame them also. What if the dates go back again next month. So its a catch-22.
good luck to everyone.
If dates went back and someone did not get Green card it is because they called every day and spammed the system. Or someone else called every day and now everyone else has to wait because of someone's foolishness. Now they all need to wait for next year. Nothing wrong in it. At least people will learn a lesson of collective responsibility instead of acting selfishly.

I heard the following on the southern california talk radio. They mention that there are some blogs that speculate on how and what the conference will compromise. I am searching for the blogs they mentioned, i will post the link if i find them or if it is relevant to work related immigration.

They also mention that it will take 3-4 yeas to set up the infrastructure to handle the increased workload. The undocumented workers will be able to apply by 2009 or so" nothing was mentioned about H1 and EB related issues.

In my case (see a few posts up), it took 70 days from e-filing date, and 36 days from FP date, to get to the "card production ordered" stage. So I would think your time line is about the same so far.
I hope it goes the same way for me.
Will wait for another 15 days at least before i try to do anything else.

I am in the same boat. I see 4 or 5 people postings of this messages.
None one else this forum in this situation. Why not we gather how many of us are affected? Then it will be easier for us to plan and request our case to be included on IV agenda.
