Your daughter will NOT aged out. We filed 485 and 140 1 mo before our son 21-st birthday, got GC 3 years later.
What was your PD ,and wating time for I-140.(ie I-140 applied and approved date.)

I did not ask you to explain any thing to me. You needed to make a good argument on why this idea can channelize negative energy into positive and what are the risks involved. What can any one infer when you end your post with "Now lets play"? You might not have intended what it meant but it can mean different things to different people and I guess you would agree that there are people who think as I do about day trading. Please do not guess my knowledge of day trading and what it is limited to. Your initial post does not underscore the risks significantly. IMHO, Day trading fits a specific set of people who can not only handle the risk but also can handle the stress. Your feelings might be different. How ever, some one else pointed out the research done on day trading.

this whole thread is a nonsense, it belevies that people are not aware of the tricks placed by desi consulting companies. how come people do not take jobs
in foutune 500 companies if they are so good at their skills, why do people go to
desi consulting companies for training, after MS degree every body is asking for
the list of consulting companies( why do they do that ).
there are people who ask is it valid to be without payslips on H1B ( how much
more ignorent can u be ) , bottom line they could not find the project and they want to blame the desi company for not paying them ( trash ).

For EB3 (All countries) to see some light, the changes made recently to the allocation of excess visa, spill over and also to over subscribed countries need to be revisited. Not sure, what triggered USCIS / DOS to revise the interpretation after so many years. Did IV had any role on this, or not .. do not know.. I ask this as based on all forum updates, IV appears to have little success in the Admin Fix area. I have posted this so many times in various threads and did not get an answer, may be there is none. If the interpretation was somewhat like before, EB2 /3 both would have got the spillover... and all would have benefited in the order of PD. Now with the new interpretation. all excess / spillover visa just goes only to 2 countries (EB2 India / China). Looking at the latest numbers based on USCIS website, China has far less cases compared in India based on the cut-off date, which is good for India (EB2), as they now consume a big chunk of the numbers and rest are left out for now. I am not sure, what is opinion on this from folks from ROW (EB3) on this. Does IV has any comment on this... Having said this, I have nothing against Eb2 or EB2 India specific, and not getting into the argument whether or not EB2 need to given much preference.. For those of us, who have green cards, we would also like to participate, if we can add an action item to improve citizenship rules. Most of us have waited 10 yrs for green card, and waiting another 5 yrs on top of it is too much.

Then next page clicked on

Give me following message:
At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later.

Thanks fo rthe reply, in my case, it was not a mistake by the registrar, my grand parents just happened to give ' a name' and when my parents enrolled me at school, they gave my current name. I am not sure, if I hav a official govt doc saying my current name is the changed name from my old name, will this help as a valid document.
